In the early stages of my grief journey, I found it very hard to absorb information through reading. Watching videos and listening to people talking about their grief experience gave me some comfort and a sense of connection. It meant I wasn’t complete alone. There were others out there who got it, and whose stories I was able to identify with. It’s my hope that by listening to Crazy Grief Podcast you may also find that you are not alone.
